Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Our policies help us serve every client with the highest standards.
At Fab Xtensions, every appointment is reserved especially for you. These policies protect the time, products, and preparation invested into each service, while keeping the studio running smoothly.

1. Booking Requirements (All Appointments)
To secure your appointment, please:
Confirm your style choice accurately.
Ensure your natural hair meets the listed requirements (length, condition, etc.).
Agree to all booking terms before checking out.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
2. Rescheduling
You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment 72 hours in advance.
Short-notice rescheduling counts as a cancellation, as the slot cannot be refilled in time.
3. Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require adjusting the style or rescheduling to avoid impacting the next client.
Rescheduling due to lateness may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Cancellation Policy – Shorter Styles (Under 6 Hours)
Shorter styles require less studio time but still involve preparation.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
This ensures fairness to clients waiting for slots and protects time already allocated to your service.
5. Cancellation Policy – Longer Styles (6 Hours or More)
Longer appointments block out a significant portion of the studio day.
If you cancel within 24 hours of a long appointment, a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost will apply.
Why?
Because these sessions require extended preparation, planning, and often remove the possibility of refilling the slot at short notice. This policy ensures the studio remains sustainable and respectful of everyone’s time.
6. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
When you cancel on the day, I’ve already travelled to the studio and prepared specifically for your appointment. For this reason, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged at 50% of the full appointment cost.

7. Human Hair Extensions & Specially Ordered Extensions
Some services require human hair extensions that are ordered specifically for your appointment.
These extensions must be paid for in advance.
Once ordered, the hair cost is non-refundable, even if you cancel your appointment.
This covers sourcing, ordering, and reserving stock intended only for you.
8. Policy Acceptance
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you:
Have read and accept all terms
Understand the cancellation policy
Understand that deposits and hair purchase fees are non-refundable under the stated conditions
This helps keep the studio fair, efficient, and respectful to every client.
