Hands-on small group braiding classes in your city!

Build Strong Foundations in One Day

stitch braid workshop Dublin

This group training is for people who want to learn braiding properly, without rushing, guessing, or feeling overwhelmed.

I teach the same standards and methods I use every day in my studio at Fab Xtensions. You will learn proper braiding techniques, hand placement and control, understand the movements and why, and build confidence through repetition.

This is not a demonstration-style class. You will braid, be corrected, and leave knowing exactly what to practice next to improve your braiding everyday!

Who this training is for

  • Complete beginners who feel unsure or intimidated by braiding

  • Self-taught braiders who struggle with neat parting or hand control

  • Beauty professionals who want cleaner, more consistent results

  • People who want to offer braiding services with confidence

What you will learn

  • Clean sectioning and parting foundations

  • Low-tension braiding for comfort and longevity

  • Your hand placement, step-by-step movement, and tension control to prevent strain

  • My pinch, push down, push through method that helped countless students learn quickly.

  • How to correct mistakes as you braid

  • How to prep, add extensions, and finish clean braids.

She created a supportive and encouraging learning environment, and her passion for braiding truly showed. I left feeling more confident in my abilities and excited to practice what I learned. Highly recommend her workshop to anyone looking to perfect their stitch braids!

What Students Are Saying

I did braid training with Angela and she’s an incredible teacher. I was a complete beginner, and she was so patient, showing and explaining over and over until I got it, without ever making me feel uncomfortable. I enjoyed my time, gained confidence to keep practicing, and I’ve now added braids to my services. Highly recommended!

Why Fab Xtensions Training?

This training is shaped by real-world experience, not just online demonstrations.

When I started braiding, I never imagined I’d one day teach the wig team of a Broadway production, have a student fly in from London to train with me, or welcome learners from all over Ireland. Those experiences exposed the same gap again and again, most braiding education doesn’t slow the movement down enough for beginners to truly understand what their hands are doing.

That’s what Fab Xtensions training is built to fix.

I teach braiding the way it needs to be taught, with clear breakdowns, correct hand placement, and patient repetition. Students aren’t rushed through styles. They’re shown how to control the movement, correct themselves, and practise with purpose.

The focus is always on clean parting, tension control, and consistency, so the skill actually lasts beyond the session.

Students describe the training as calm, clear, and surprisingly easy to follow. By the end, they don’t just know what to do, they understand why it works.
